There was a game, where you fly by helicopter and rescue men. They wave you
by hands and scream something... This game is similar to "Fort Apocalypse",
but with better graphics....
(sorry for my english) :)

It might be "Choplifter" by Sega. It's emulated in MAME.

It is Choplifter. The arms waving is a dead giveaway.

Vic20 by Creative. The game was upgraded when released as an arcade

This version appeared on the NES and SMS. The final version (so far)
was Choplifter 3 produced for the SNES a couple of years back. But it
