Yeah, but put it this way... it's a good track, the only crap by Nelly I like,
the only thing I bought by him... although I do own um, some single I think,
the Uni mag gave me it to read, so I ripped it.

Ah yes... The Nelly fan in me is quick to respond.
How can a DJ front on a nice lil' party tune?

true enough about the lyrics,
but it has 3 things to sell
1 - A neptunes beat
2 - A catchy chorus
3 - One of the hottest artists in the world right now (no matter how sad
that is)
I really am surprised at how long Nelly has made it

Of course The Neptunes do a decent beat as they usually do, but that's not
enough.......

THANK YOU. For God's sake, this isn't the 70's...and if you ask me the Nelly
lyrics are the worse of the two.

It's not the best song he's ever released, but it's uptempo and has a decent beat w/
cross-over appeal. I doubt he intended to change the world when he wrote it.

....as if a song is capable of such a thing anyway.....

Sisqo rocked it first until Nelly starting biting his style....so Nelly doesn't
even have that.

True, I usually get too worked up about these things....I mean, after all,
it's only intended to sell records....which it will do by the bucket load
though...
I only caught the clip for it a couple of days ago, and it kind of had a
hypnotising effect on me.....no wonder it's so popular, I mean, when you
have a film clip with loads of fine women grinding each other, then
damn...that sort of makes the whole thing more appealing I would say...

That song still sucks, now the song with Kelly of Destiny's Child, that cut
is kinda smooth . I heard it earlier on DC's WPGC.

i....don't see your point. if you're gonna say simple lyrics are wack,
stick to yourself, and say simple lyrics from 23 years ago are wack.

That song is jamming.

I can't wait till it gets popular on the top 40 stations, so when I
run into their clubs girls will actually take their clothes off.

I think he got the idea from Petey Pablo actually.

But that's another story.

On another note, Nelly did another song with Nsync. I peeped it over the
weekend as a exclusive on another DC station, Hot 99.5
