One needs, at minimum, a study in which (a) the patients were carefully
selected to screen out complicating conditions, (b) they were treated by a
consistent protocol, (c) the data are published in such a fashion that
details can be scrutinized, and (d) the work is published in a forum that
will attract the attention of physicians all over the world. Dr. ANF may
have the most successful approach to prostatitis, but the world of
physicians will never know it until someone, not necesssarily Dr. ANF,
presents comprehensive, well-founded studies.

Dear John,

I stand by my claim of 95% cure within 2 to 3 weeks of chronic prostatitis,
based on disappearance of all symptoms, 0 pus cell or stabilization of
count to less than 5. and cultures negative. More important, no recurrence.
Of course the urinary tract and semen must also be cured of any infection.

There has been repeated remarks similar to yours. yet no attemps has been
initiated on your (your physicians) part to verify it. I have said not
once, that Dr. B. Hennenfent, could have verified this claim if he spent
more than one afternoon in my clinic, instead of gathering a few data on
unimportant facts, so he can present a paper to your urologists.

It took a full time paid statician a few months to gather data on the cure
rate of 80 to 90% on 808 patients which was published in the 1st Edition of
my book "Sexually Transmitted Diseses, you may have it but don't know it,
1982".
And now I have published a claim of 95% cure rate in my 1993 edition, and
also in the `992 US edition of my book, where I credited AEF as co-author,
that I now regret. This cure rate is also published in my web site. I have
no intention of repeating the same effort, and for whom?

I have no interest what so ever to gain fame among the medical profession
world-wide, who are involve in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, who
many of you, and perhaps including my self, hold in contempt.

This repeated statements are provoking controversy, whereas my only
interest is to answer questions on the subject I studied for more than 30
years.

With all respect to you and others, I say put up, you people verify it or
"go to hell".

Don't get me wrong - my tendency is to believe that your approach has merit.
