the most used personality typology is called the Big 5. you'll find
lots and lots about it in recent editions of "Handbook of Personality"
(Pervin) and "Handbook of Personality Psychology" (Hogan, Johnson and
Briggs".

Hmmm. I think the personality apects I am looking at are probably not as
practical.
Like the gross characteristics of "style"-something more of concern to
actors.

This looks a bit more like the "personality audit" kind of stuff that we did
on the last
staff retreat.
