Whew, that was a long post about Shinji/Rei pairings.

Regarding that post, I think of the best fanfics I've ever read with a
Shinji/Rei pairing is Two Hearts of One Mind by Scriviner. It's just awesome.
I've forgotten many Shinji/Rei fanfics over time but that one sticks out in my
head. I would have loved for The One I Love Is... to end up as a Shinji/Rei
pairing because Rei shines in that fanfic. She literally seems like a gem. I am
kind of biased though. A couple of weeks ago I got 2nd in a haiku contest on
this one Livejournal community. I won with a haiku about Rei. Eh, anyway, does
anyone know a site that has a lot of Shinji/Rei fanfics? I know the site, "The
Unspoken Romance of Evangelion" which has a lot of Shinji/Rei fics, but I've
been unable to find any others.

Well, I would have made a few changes, but yes, that fic did flesh her out a
lot more than many others I can think of.

Ouch...It seems that that great site has been shut down by a certain hosting
company by the name of "Angelfire". Too bad no one will be seeing that one come
back anytime soon.
