Eva01 would be male. Seen that arms? It's surely male, or too much male
hormons. Eva00 would then be female. Their kids would be like a big truck
just after birth :). With no binders and other metal-stuff they would like
almost normal, except those scary faces (i cant even imagine!)

scince the eva 01 has a chestplate diffrent from all the others that have a
chest very similar chestplates(correct me if im wrong), i had the notion
that it would have eva 01s head, requiring the same kind of brain cage as 01
00's chesplate, because of the whole chest thingy, and just for effect
purple torso, yellow waist and legs and arms, 01 shoulder armor and purple
feet.

Assuming you found a suitable male partner (my vote goes to Unicron or
maybe Big O), the offspring would look
either like Gundams or Autobots.
If you crossbred EVA's with Angels, you'd probably get an Arigami or
maybe a rogue Boomer.

Kazaa Lite, maybe? It's crap, though. I played the first fight, Eva-01 moves
very slowly towards Sachiel, slaps it a bit, gets thrown about, does a cute
'Eva goes berserk' animation, slaps it a bit more, wins. I wondered at this
point whether there were special moves I wasn't managing to pull off, but
apparently not. It's a slapping match.
Beautiful graphics, I admit, but an abominable game.

It's mainly a consideration of possibilities. In order for
her soul to get into EVA-00, Naoko would have had to synch
with it. We know she didn't do that AFTER her little swan
dive. (In fact, she wasn't doing ANYHTHING after that)
Given the poor track record they had with Yui and Asuka's
Mom, she probably didn't do it BEFORE her impromptu attempt
at flight, because she wasn't a test pilot but WAS the
scientist they needed to run the process. And if she
didn't do it before, or after, then her soul probably can't
be in unit 00.
It MIGHT be in the Magi, though.
As for whose soul IS in EVA-00, we've argued it out but
haven't gotten anywhere. The best bet would seem to be
Lillith, or a copy.

Asuka's mother suggests that, even if a soul can't be copied, it
CAN be divided; and the parts continue to function - but not
well - afterwards.
It may be that Lillith's soul is in EVA-00, in Rei, AND in
her body in Central Dogma.
Which could explain why the first two seem so odd...

I was thinking smaller portions; but with Lillith, it might
be different (she not being human, after all, even if she
IS the mother of humanity) and the different parts MIGHT have
developed into aspects of the original.

That depends. You really don't get much character developement with her
prior to her death. Also depends on what's happening at the time. Inuyasha
does seem to set her off, but so does Kagome.
