Lots of new stuff went right back into the "Recent Additions" section,
though. Over 650 new files (15gb) added today. Chief among the
additions is a huge collection of Jack Benny Program radio shows; 368
episodes.
There are currently 9,435 files (56.2gb) available in total.
Hmm. Classic radio. Where do I get me some of this?

Wow! That goes so well with the DivX rips of Charlie Chaplin and the
hot XXX scans of Victorian etching.

Don't knock it til you try it. I've recently come across quite a bit
of mp3 and mpg files of popular stand-up comics, and am disturbed to
find that often I can go through the whole thing without ever cracking
a grin. Some parts of these old Benny programs, on the other hand,
have me laughing my substantial ass off.
Anyway, they're perfect for someone like me. I don't have the time to
watch television or movies, but I have to fill up around 14 hours a
day with stuff to listen to. Believe it or not, music alone is not a
satisfactory way to fill up that many hours day in and day out.

You get you some of that by e-mailing me and telling me you want in on
the goodies. Much as I invited folks to do a couple of weeks ago.
A note for all the current users:
If you've been having trouble with downloads due to slow speeds or
broken connections, your problems have just been solved. Log on and
take a look inside the "Great Download Tool" folder.

I just got a message from someone that said, "A
connection attempt failed because the connected
party did not properly respond after a period of
time, or established connection failed because
connected host has failed to respond.
ERROR -> Connection closed."
She told me that she'd try again later.

Maybe you were trying to establish a connection on the wrong port.
Servers hate it when you do that.
Nope.
>Servers hate it when you do that.
They're still hating me today.

I thought we were speaking euphemistically here. I had no idea you
meant you couldn't connect to the ftp server.

I'm quite used to having my requests for port
calls declined here at home, but you'd never
turned me down so many times. Are you mad at me,
Honey?
All was not lost. I found a new J-porn P2P toy
when my search for an FTP FAP FAP FAP turned up
empty.
