New camera help

I've had an Olympus D-360L camera for about 2 years and I want to move up. I
thought I knew what I wanted until I started looking and then it just got
worse. A

Anyway...any advice or help on choosing a 4.0+ MP camera with an
interchangeable lens and a good range of accessories will be extrememly
helpful. I got the Olympus on the advice of a friend and it's been a good
camera but extrememly limited. I've read a lot of reports and tech sheets
but it comes down to who likes or dislikes what and why. Thanks.
