A new provider is born: Free IP Call . It allows you to telephone from
one fixed telephone, that has been adapted, to another fixed phone of
the same type, wherever that may be in the world, without the
constraint of a timed call duration. It uses the same tariff
characteristics of the Internet, which confers an unlimited amount of
time to the user and will allow subscribers to be connected no matter
where the place of connection is.
