Allo,

I'm hoping to find out some information, I'm trying to locate some cheap
used fitness equipment. I'm basically after free weights , benches, exercise
machines etc. anything that I can use at home would be great. Due to my lack
of Japanese it's difficult for me to actually find anything using Google.
Is there any way I could look at Yahoo auctions (Japan) and somehow
translate the page into English? Or perhaps someone has a link for a firm
selling that I can maybe get translated?

Hopefully there are some keep fit gits here

cheers

This is known as Latissimus Dorus Illusionatum (LDI) and/or
Imaginary Lat Syndrome (ILS). The condition is characterized
by people walking around looking like they think they're so
pumped up that they can't manage to bring their elbows into
their sides. For some unknown reason, this syndrome has only
been observed in people without much of a lat spread to
speak of and is much more pronounced in stick-boys.

I'll be keeping my eyes open for cheap used equipment.

Yes, I think he is trying that levitation trick where you push against a
door frame and afterwards watch your arms magically life by them selves.

Looks great. That's a lot of hard work and even harder
dieting.

It's time to call Dr. Atkins, but he is dead. However, he left a book.
Now, Subway and other fast food restaurants sell their food with
compliance with Atkins diet requirement.

This is just me, but I am more interested in seeing the serratus
anterior. Can I see your serratus anterior?

I'm not really in a position to criticise, but he really needs to do some lat
work.
