Despite my most fervent efforts, the patient survived.
What are the specs on the implanted organ?

Only 64mb
That's not shabby at all. It should be just fine even for playing super
heavy duty graphics intensive games. Something tells me your submarine
simulations won't be taxing it.
You are making this too easy for me, I'll just let that one go.

No, they won't. None of them require it.
I got it for playing Il-2 Sturmovik: The Forgotten Battles. It
requires at least 32mb and 64 is recommended.
Looks to be a hell of a game
(http://www.il2sturmovik.com/forgotten_battles/fb_features.php)
and I'm looking forward to wasting my happy hours with it.
Also recently managed to do some online multiplay on Silent Hunter II.
The cool thing about this is that from the beginning it was designed
to be compatible with a companion product, Destroyer Command. So what
you have are some people commanding Allied destroyers and others
commanding U-boats, each running different games, and engaging in
multiplay together. Pretty damned interesting, if you like that sort
of thing. The software has been out long enough now that it is dirt
cheap. And, best of all, game connections are peer-to-peer so you
don't have to pay any fees to play online.
More info at http://www.sh2fleet.com if anyone is interested.
Star Wars Galaxies has the same graphics requirements, which is why I bought
my new video card. I was going to get a 64 MB card, but they had a 128 MB
card for $99 so I snatched it up.

I see that it is a combat flight simulator. I really like that kind of game.
I used to play a lot of Falcon 3 and MiG-29. A buddy of mine has a
flightstick for his PC that is made from an actual flightstick of a jet,
F-14 or F-16, IIRC. He got the stick somehow and then shipped it off to some
company that put the guts of a joystick inside it. It was VERY cool.

Online multiplayer games are fun, aren't they? I tend to be more of a role
playing fan, also I used to play online combat flight sims like X-Wing Vs.
Tie Fighter. When the SWG Space Expansion comes out next year it should have
this feature.
