(RENTAL) Budget Studios and Apartments in Paris

I rent studios and apartments in an apart-hotel situated at 50 m of Stade de
France (home of Football World Cup 1998) and at 2 stops from Chatelet
(centre of Paris) by RER B (Suburb Train), just 15 mn.

Our building is new (opened in September 2002) and flat are fully equipped
with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, direct dial phone and satellite TV
(BBC World, BBC Prime...), cleaning and linen change every week...

Some exemple of our prices :

Studio for 2 (20m2) :
1 night 66 euro
8 nights 384 euro
30 nights 990 euro

Apartment with 2 rooms for 3 pax (35m2) :
1 night 99 euro
8 nights 576 euro
30 nights 1500 euro

These prices are for the apartment (not per person) with all charges (elect,
water...) and taxes including.
City tax not including : just 0,20 cents euro per day / per person

Also, these rates are not appliqued during the Athletism World Championship
(last week of August)
