That's nothing, you should see what we (the gaigin) manage to stop before it
gets sent. I'm sure you are aware of "experts" that make a few minor
"corrections" after the "final proofing".

You're lucky you have Japanese fonts installed. The sold black square, down
arrow and those funny solid parens are not in any English character set.

It seems to me that the English started going downhill when they started
putting it at the bottom with Japanese on top, rather than the other way
round. This also happens to be around the time Brett joined the company, but
I won't make any conclusions about this.

It should be in separate emails, we go to the effort to ask our customers their
language choice then don't use it.

I'm not *directly* responsible as I have nothing to do with these mails. However
I may have scared the Nipponese staff from asking for help.
