Finally got EOE (dubbed version)

Finally got to watch EOE. Great fun, especially where Asuka kicked some
serious arse!
Just the odd sticking point though. Does anyone know why they used
different voice actors for certain characters? SEELE especially? The
other ones I noticed (I used the last episodes of the tv series to check
their names) are:

Fuyutski- Guil Lunde (series) - Michael Ross (EOE)
Maya - Kendra Benham (series) - Amy Seeley (EOE)
Yui - Kim Sevier (series) - Amanda Win Lee, AKA Rei, (EOE)

I thought they were going to use all the original voice talent.

According to Amanda Winn Lee, they couldn't find everyone. Hell, they had
Brett Weaver do Toji in D&R.

I think it says something about this in the DVD commentory.
