I'm new to digital photography, so please excuse me if this question has
already been discussed earlier.

Whenever I take pictures once I download them into my photo album alot of
them are fuzzy or out of focus. Now it's not the whole photo just certain
things. Sometimes it could just be a person or sometimes it could just be
one small thing. When i take the photos I view it thru the LCD and it's
always focused properly and perfect. Even the photos that are kept on the
camera always remain in focus and perfect but once they're viewed on my
computer, they have bits that are out of focus. What is the problem and how
can i fix it? Help much appreciated.

Whenever a photo is enlarged from an LCD screen as on your camera to the
size as shown on your monitor you will see more detail therefore more
imperfections. When you shoot in relatively low light the shutter speed
tends to stay open longer and thus causing increased camera shake. The
aperture is also usually larger in low light which causes the subject to be
in focus and the objects in front and behind the subject are usually not as
focused depending on the aperture size. This could be a desirable effect.
