i was woundering if any one knows of any tested PC software that will
allow me to play my PS2 Games on my PC??

Forget it!
All of the current PS2 emulators only run primitive demos and it's most
likely to take further years of development to run a commercial game:

Not to mention that it's probably going to take a PC with at least a
3GHz CPU to come anywhere close to the speed of the PS2.
