because Ive just found this music video that matches the eva themesong and
visuals with the MSN (heh heh) opening visuals! CRAP they are nearly exaclty
the same, timing and types of pictures and everything! is there some kind of
relationship between them?

Take the right edits, and you can match anything. while there are some
satirical elements based off nge, nadesico gets most of its inspiration from
the 'earlier' giant robot shows.

They're on one after the other on the Sci-fi channel, but other
that... It's probably just a wierd coincidence.

Especially on the Sci-Fi channel (since you can see them both next to each
other) you can see that the episodes each have similar plots. NGE does a
character-based episode, MSN does a character-based episode, and so on...
Kudos (yuck, what a horrible word) to the SF channel for putting them
together, it makes it all so much more better...
