I just got DSL and I'm looking for places on the internet to watch anime
online. I remember hearing about Web Vision but i don't think they're around
anymore. Anyone able to suggest some links?

DSL only? What bandwidth? With 768kBit/s (typical DSL downstream rate in
Germany) you can forget that. Compression artefacts are much worse to
anime than to movies, since the former contain more sharp lines and
unicolored areas.
