What size, I.e., resolution is the picture you are trying to send?
I wouldn't send anything larger than what you can see in the preview
pane. The largest I would send, would be around 640x480. Most people
have their desktops set to a minimum of 640x480, with most using
800x600. I use 960x720, so most of what anyone sends me fits in my
picture viewing software (VuePro32) or preview pane.
I couldn't find any picture size altering options in Outlook Express.
Maybe the person who said it was configurable uses Outlook, not Express.
I'm slightly familiar with Outlook. I like Express better... it's much
simpler and easier to use. Hope this helps.
