Looking over the reviews, I'd say the F410 - 3X instead of 2X zoom, with
most other features about the same. I don't always prescribe that the
newest thing is the better thing, but the F410 is a more recent release.
I went for a Canon A70 btw.

Having the same dilemma myself. With the current absence of the F700,
I'm looking to get either the F410 or M603.

The M603 has a superb video feature, 30fps at 640x480. The best to
date. F410 only has 10fps.

Not sure there's a great deal in the picture quality difference.

One thing that annoys me about the M603 is the lack of the view finder,
which is important if using the camera in bright sunshine.

2nd August is the deadline for me to buy a camera.
