You reckon that utilities pole didn't do a good enough job?

What I wanna know is why, in Beat's new movie, is Zatoichi's hair
white? Aren't his eyes suppose be white instead?

You've learnt that I have a cloth ear for Sepponian phrases? So what's
new?
What are they called in Brit-go?

Personally I think Takeshi missed a great opportunity to make a great
movie with Taboo. He (or someone) really screwed it up. Fortunately
there's Kikujiro to remind me that Takeshi can in fact do it right.

I've been seeing the movie previews (in bits and pieces) recently.
There was a strange scene where a bunch of folks were doing some weird
Japanese-style tap dancing. Yes......tap dancing. Go figure.
I hope Beat doesn't disappoint me. I was a big fan of the original
Zatoichi. I just loved the way he would slice and dice his opponents.
LOL.

Uh.... No longer sure, but maybe "telegraph poles"?
What is a utility pole?

I've always called them telegraph poles. Not knowing what a telegraph
was, as a kid I thought it had something to do with Rupert Murdoch's
newspaper.

Y'know, I typed "telegraph poles" then looked at it and wondered why it
looked so odd. How long is it since there was a need to string telegraph
wires, forheavensake?

He grabbed that one too? Didn't know that....

Let's hope that is nothing more than an indication you have been away
from Ukland too long.

No he didn't - it's Conran Black's title. I get the Private Eye every
two weeks so I know these things...

Never heard of him. When/where was he active?
Beat Takeshi makes a cameo in the film, but that's the extent of his
involvement. The renown director Kinji Fukasaku, who directed the
first Battle Royale, was directing BRII but was hospitalized when his
condition worsened (he announced he was diagnosed with bone cancer at
the same time he announced the BRII project) five days into principal
photography. His son Kenta (who wrote the screenplay for both films)
took over the director's chair.
The reactions to BRII have been really mixed, with some people
outright loathing the film; most agree that it's inferior to the
first. The ones most disappointed with BRII appear to have been
expecting a rehash of the themes and premise of the first film; the
thing is, BRII--despite some initial similarities--does take things in
a markedly different direction.

Nobody gives a flying fuck at a rolling donut about the stupid fucking
movie, which is why the thread got hijacked so quickly and thoroughly.
You know what, I feel genuinly attracted to those young female High

No, not yet. It is when you find yourself genuinly attracted to those
young female junior high schoolers that you are getting too old.
Then why bother commenting
