Uploading pics from an iMode phone to the web

I'm probably soon going to be getting a camera phone, so I was
wondering if there's any facility to upload piccies from the camera to
a web site, perhaps with the aid of just some simple CGI.

I know I could use the mini-SD card and a PC to do it, but is it
possible to cut out the middleman and do it directly?

I also wonder whether this makes sense...
I have received a couple of pictures via email, but the size is exactly as
small as on the camera display. Enlarging it wouldn't do any good to the
already low resolution.
Anyway, I have no real idea and can only report what I have experienced.
