1) Lagavulin. Its a whisky nearly good enough to be Irish.
2) The Scots hate the English more.

"Scotch Whisky". Now granted it may have been made in Hong Kong under licence by
Suntory, but that's good enough for me. I ken taste the tartan in it.

All Scotch is labelled whisky. Two theories...
this is because the Scots cannot spell,
or
because the anglicisation/bastardisation of uisgebeatha took place in
two different places more or less independently.
(The second theory has its proponents, but it doesn't lead to as many
interesting drinking arguments)
