best camera for indoors photos?

Hi,
What would you all say is the best camera for indoor photos?
I definitely want one with as large a zoom as possible (4x +).

At the moment I'm considering getting the Olympus C-750 UZ, mainly for it's
10x zoom - but now I'm hearing people saying it's not very good indoors. I
just keep getting different opinions from people.

I want the camera to be able to do good quality indoor and outdoor photos,
but still have the zoom.

Any suggestions? Will the olympus be ok for this? I'm not going to be doing
professional photography, just like holiday pics, random point + shoot pics
etc.. I just dont want to pay out for something that does great outdoor
pics, and then find i cant even take a usable indoor photo.
