What memory should I be using ?

Want to upgrade my pc. Its currently has 256MB sdram. I wish to get another
512MB. I'm not sure what type I should exactly be looking for. My mainboard
is Microstar MS-5607. I did a benchmark on my memory using Sisoft Sandra.
This is what I get on my current module :-
siemens SDU03264C3B12MT-75 0000100A 256MB 16x(16Mx8) DDR-SDRAM
PC2100U-2533-750 (CL2.5 up to 133Mhz)(CL2 up to 100MHZ)

Should I just be getting 512MB DDR-SDRAM PC2100 133mhz for my upgrade ?

Erm PC2100 133MHz?...dont think there is such thing ;-)
I think you have DDR not SDRAM, on account of the PC2100 bit...go for some
PC2100 RAM or go to www.crucial.com there is something on there that will
find and determine your memory i think a program, and a checker where u
input ur pc model and manufacturer etc..:-)
