JInternalFrame current position and size

Hi everybody,
I am concerning with a JInternalFrame.
When I move and resize the JInternalFrame on the screen I would like to have
the curren position and the size, but I didn' t find any methods which
returns me these informations.

If somebody knows the solution of this problem I would be greatful if he can
give me an advice!
