Sperm donor kids search for biological fathers

Children born through artificial insemination by donor
(DI) are asking to meet their biological fathers,
sparking calls for the formation of groups to assist
them.

Over 10,000 children in Japan have already been born
through DI, but since the sperm are donated on the
condition that the donor remains anonymous, the path
for DI offspring to find their biological fathers has
been closed.

Japan. Over 10,000 kids? Some already near 30 years
old?
