Haneda Airport - international flights

Could someone in the know please confirm that the only international
flight available from Haneda are *still* the China Airlines flights to
Taiwan? I know that there is always a lot of talk about adding flights -
to Korea and whatnot - but has there actually been any change?

A quick flick through the timetable says that even China Airlines flights
now use Narita, with no international flights at all from Haneda. Hmmm...
when did this change?

ANA has charter flights to Guam, August and September, don't know if
they will continue them in October or not.

China Airlines changed to Narita a while ago....
