I've a few friends who do. Mainly out of Gamagori on Mikawa Bay in
Aichi. There has been a few marinas there for some time (the America's
cup syndicates have usually been based there) etc. For rentals perhaps
try the new place called lagunna.

Couldn't spot where they flew the spinnaker, but the views when I came
by ferry from Shanghai were awfully nice in places, awful in others.
