The author (editor) was Hashiguchi Goyo, and Kaburaki Kiyokata
assisted him. I don't know well them, but I heard they were famous
Japanese artists in 19 to 20 centuries. I can't find out any good web
pages in English or other languages. Please search web pages with the
keywords by yourself.
A web page written in Japanese
http://www.tokyobunka.ac.jp/tandai/study/bungaku/g_hashig.html
tells that Hashiguchi Goyo was born on 21 December 1881 and died on 24
February 1921. Some of his works are seen on

etc.
http://www.adachi-museum.or.jp/main/COLLEC/09kiyokata/kiyo9.html

art museum is in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, and its web page is
