You're only 16, eh? Well, I got into NGE when I was 16. I also was able
to mail order from places like animenation with checks and money orders
to get what I want. Also, you can look on ebay for bundle sales. I
bought a VHS box set of fansubs for 200$. In short: if you want it bad
enough, there are ways to get it.
