The villa is in Torre delle Stelle (Tower of the Stars), a tourist
village with two beaches. It's 40/50 minutes from Cagliari. The villa
is composed of 2 furnished and separated apartments:
1st apartment:
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, 1 sofa bed, kitchen and a
small bathroom. Terrace with panoramic sea view.
Second floor: 1 room with two beds, 1 room with bunk bed. Both with
panoramic sea view. Bathroom with shower.

2nd apartment (bedsit):
living room with cooking area.
1 bunk bed e 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower.
Ample terrace with panoramic sea view.

Both apartments are surrounded by a garden, air conditioning,
water reserve and garage.
Possibility of renting only one for a month, weeks or week end. No
rent in august.
Inside the village: market, bars, church, diving center and health
service (only summer)
