1. If i play a Giant's Blood and my prey plays Sudden Reversal,
can i play another GB late?
2. If i discard a GB after a Death of my Conscience to get +2 hand
damage, can i play another GB late?
3. If i play an Ancient Influence and my prey plays Delaying Tactics,
can i play another AI late?
4. If i play an Ancient Influence to get 1 vote during another PA,
can i call an Ancient Influence late?
Thanks a lot!

I don't think so. You successfully 'played' the card, but your prey
cancelled the effect of it.

Yep. You're not playing the card here, you're burning it, per DomC.
>3. If i play an Ancient Influence and my prey plays Delaying Tactics,
>can i play another AI late?
Yep. DT specifies "take the vote card back into your hand" - so you
never actually get to play the AI.
>4. If i play an Ancient Influence to get 1 vote during another PA,
>can i call an Ancient Influence late?
Yep. You're not playing AI here as AI itself, you're playing its
generic "+1 vote".

No. Canceling the card's effect doesn't mean the card wasn't played.

Yes. Discarding or burning the card from your hand doesn't count
as playing it.

No.

Yes (you "burn" the Ancient Influence - 6.3.3.1)
