I have just released an open-source voice-over-IP application. It is
written in Java, open source and incorporates state-of-the-art encryption.
Currently, this is operational in the lab over an 802.11b network and being
tested on the Ricochet wireless network an. It is available under the Gnu
Public License at http://www.virtigex.com/. Please send any feedback or
expressiod being ported to handheld devices.
