Saturday afternoon members of my Astor Club heard a low rumble followed by a
sonic boom during a meeting . Local residents have reported seeing a
fireball. We did not see anything. Has anyone else heard or seen anything
else that might us put the fireball sighting and sonic boom together. Our
location is in Western Massachusetts.
Thank You

I'm in Eastern, MA. However, what your club saw was
reported on WBZ, 1030.FWIW there were a number
of police reports.

The time was about 2:15 to 2:30 EST.
It seems it was heard over most of Western Mass, Northern CT and Eastern NY.
