There will be a mini-meet on the 23rd November, after Mr Pratchett's
signing (which begins at 4.30).
So far only myself and Kimmi will be attending from afp, I am trying to
pull in a few other Pratchett fan friends of mine, but it would be nice to
meet some others.
There will be no accomodation, as this is just basically a 'Hi, I'm XXX
from afp here for the signing' kind of thing.
There will probably be a trip to one of Southampton's watering holes, if
so wished by participants. The people I know will probably want to...

Regrettably due to large amounts of fertilizer hitting the windmill
and being let down by various people and pieces of equipment I was
unable to attend the signing, let alone the meet :-(
Maybe the next one (whenever it is)
Cheers,
Graham.
Ello mate guess who, seems im just lazy, took me about 5 minutes to
get onto newsgroups, Oh well im back in action it seems and ready to
post much spurious tripe. The signing went well and even tho he turned
up late the event was well recieved by all.
Shame not so many people turned up but it wasnt very heavily
publicised by Waterstones and some people were turned off by the late
arrival. Those with the patience stuck it out tho and much merriment
was had. ;)
Love and hugs,
Robert Scoville.

Beware, there are no links to it from the main site. Please tell me if it
doesn't work!
Meet report coming soon, (ie when we get it sorted!)

Hi Brad.
Much merriment yes.
But no food! No rat-onna-stick, no dried frog pills, no Lord Downey's
humbugs, nothing!
Terrible hospitality on the part of Waterstones. They made us queue
outside too! They have a huge shop and it's not busy on Friday
afternoons.
Not that I didn't enjoy myself though. Specially when we got to meet
Terry. Wish I could have gotten some better photos!
