Can someone please clarify what this means?

Apr 25 11:17:27 yampa named[28803]: ns_forw: query(99.1.175.152.in-addr.arpa)
A RR negative cache entry (dns2.primehost.aol.com:) learnt
(NODATA=152.163.199.56:NS=152.163.199.56)

No possible A RRs

According to the servers for the 175.152.in-addr.arpa domain, the servers
for 1.175.152.in-addr.arpa are dns1.primehost.aol.com and
dns2.primehost.aol.com. But when you try to look up either of these hosts'
A records, you get no data.
