the song is from the soundtrack called "Ham aapke dil mein rahte hain"
(1999)

The title of the song is "dhingatara dhingtara"

I have posted an ITRANS version of the song lyrics, definitely hard to
write.. if you can read hindi, you can covert is using any of the ITRANS
online interfaces available out there or just email me and i'll email you
the PDF which will be in HINDI and English, so of course, you need to know
how to read hindi, in any case, here are the lyrics in simple roman
