This can't work, of course. If Exxon were effectively boycotted, their
price reduction would be of no help to consumers since they aren't buying
the product. The other producers would probably *raise* their prices
because of the fuel shortage and decreased competition.
But I finally realized (silly me) this post isn't really about
lowering gas prices. Why choose Exxon/Mobil? -- it's a pressure tactic on
their corporate policies towards gay employees. Well, maybe more revenge
than pressure.

They are killing machines and a manifestation of egos running amok. Let the
gas prices soar, let them skyrocket to the point where NO ONE can afford a
car any more. As an armchair activist, YOU should inspire people to seek
alternative forms of transportation and energy. And you SHOULDN'T be
demanding more gas, a very limited resource, to appease your hoggy
lifestyle.

Well I *do see a doctor on a regular basis, but not because of oil, but
because he helps me keep my sanity in a society that is ragingly
homophobic. And many of these killers are behind the wheel of SUV's and
other death machines.
SCREW AUTOMOBILES! LET PETROLEUM PRICE ITSELF OUT OF
EXISTENCE!
