I think we all need to keep in mind that more than 3/4 of the world
population falls into the bisexual category. And if that's the case,
then is it really fair to say that someone changes from straight to
gay or gay to straight?
>>

No, it's not fair at all. And they ignore the other half: that straights
can, and often do, "go gay". And, as you suggest, I believe these
"straight" guys are actually bisexual, to some extent. And I
believe those who have been "cured" by conversion ministries,
are simply bisexual...albeit confused.

<<
I hope, in my lifetime, that the world will accept bisexuality as they
do heterosexuality and even homosexuality. It will be great if that
day ever comes...
>>

I assure you, that once homosexuality becomes respected,
bisexuals will be, too. In fact, I don't see you having any problem
as regards your heterosexual side. In fact, the only discrimination
you deal with is due to your homosexual side, just like us gays.
The *only reason society condemns bisexuals, is due to their gay
proclivities, and not the hetero ones.

IMO, bisexuals *must focus on gay rights, rather than creating a
separate political platform for so-called "bisexual rights"...which
then tend to drag heterocentrism into the picture, and create yet
one more form of homophobia, by denigrating 100% gay people.

Bisexuals are already liberated for their hetero aspect...thus, they
need to fight alongside gays, in order to achieve gay
liberation...which shall automatically also liberate bisexuals. I see
no validity to a bisexual *poltical movement, though bisexuals
gathering for *social reasons are quite understandable.
