How to decrypt Net$val.sys ?

Hi, does someone out there know how to decrypt the system file net$val.sys if
it's possible ? Thanks in advance.

It is not encrypted, so there is no need te de crypt it, it is just a
file with fixed size records (don't remember exactly how large, but it
can easily be seen when viewing a hex dump)
I think each record contains
- a unique record ID
- 128 bytes of record information
- the ID of the next record

in net$prop.sys there are pointers to the value record ID's
