"Give me 5" jokes, anyone?

I was recently at a party in the Netherlands, and was able to completely
derail the host's children (1 8YO boy, 1 12YO girl) with my (6YO) son's
"Give me 5" jokes/tricks. Unfortunately, I could only remember 3 of them
(see below). He suggested that I post a note to the group asking for
suggestions. Anyway, it beats the acriomonious threads.

Can anyone else contribute more?

1) Give me 5...
On the side...
Way up high...
Down low..
*You're too slow* (jerks hand away)

2) Give me 5...
On the side...
Cut the pickle (puts fingertips of both hands together, indicating that the
other person should "cut" down between them)
*Tickle, tickle* (tickles the other person)

3) (This one may be specific to 6YO boys:-)
Give me 5...
On the side...
Down below...
Up above...
*You're in love!* (giggles)

"Down low..." (Lower your hand)

"Your too slow." (Move hand before it can be hit)

We also had this one growing up:

"Give me five..."

"On the side..."

"In the hole..." (Turn your hand on the side and make a hole with your
index finger and thumb)

"Your a mole."

Down low,
(pull hand away before other person can hit it) Too slow!

Sorry if I'm repeating one; I missed the original. I'll pull the "tickle,
tickle" one on Mikel tonight.

When my older son had a tendancy to slap, we started a high-five game:

High five! (hand up high)
Low five! (hand low, palm up)
Back five! (arm backward, palm up)
Front five! (palm forward)

A few rounds of that would take his mind off his desire to hit.
