Actually, the best commentary on this entire ridiculous
monkey story came from Jon Stewart of Comedy Central's Daily
Show, when he noted during the report on the show of
February 1, 1999 that of course, if the government made AIDS
in the first place it would have found it easy to make up
this whole story about the monkey link and have it
distributed to the national news organizations, right?

vested interest, it is also interesting to note that such
celebrities as Spike Lee, Grace Jones and Steven Seagall
also believe that AIDS is man-made, and Seagall has even
written a screenplay about the AIDS is man-made scenario
which he has said has been sanctimoniously rejected by
Hollywood moguls, the same moguls whom the gay Jewish Dr.
Cantwell implicates as being tangentially involved in the
conspiracy in his book.
Overall, this is an issue that deserves attention by all
people, along with the information found in an article at

require their attention. You would think that parents would
think more of their children than to commit genocide upon

diligent research so you can prove it for yourself, because
that's the only way you'll be convinced about information as
shocking as this. And I think it is good to remember that
whenever people try to divert you away from diligent
research, or suggest that you throw the baby out with the
bath water, that they do not have your own well-being in
mind.

Thank you for you excellent insight and references in this
matter, Michael. I believe that the gov't is coming up with a
way to deflect the mounting evidence in favor of proving that
AIDS was man-made...by conjuring up the chimpanzee theory. I
believe that they are correct in essence...however, I believe
the original AIDS experimenters/creators knew this a long,
long time ago, but kept it secret until now...in order to
trick the public into believing AIDS was not man made.

Point #1:
Diseases are created by Mother Nature. Man can presently
manipulate them,
such as by tailoring the common cold virus to deliver
genetic material to cells
that lack certain stretches of DNA, thus repairing --
temporarily -- nasty little
things like cystic fibrosis or hemophilia, but we are still
quite some ways from
being able to build them "from the ground up" so to speak.
Point #2:
It is known that AIDS existed well before we even had our
present -- and
limited -- knowledge of how to tinker with the genetic code.
Our current understanding of genetics was born from the 1944
work of
Canadian bacteriologist Oswald T. Avery and the American
scientists Colin
MacLeod and Maclyn McCarty, who discovered that the genes of
bacteria
were made from a chemical compound called deoxyribonucleic
acid, or DNA.
This was later found to be true of the genes of most other
organisms.
It was not until Francis Crick, in collaboration with James
D. Watson and
Maurice Wilkins, managed to determine the molecular
structure of DNA in
1953 that humanity even knew what DNA even looked like.
(This won them
the 1962 Nobel Prize for physiology or medicine.)
1961 saw the biochemist M. W. Nirenberg and others figuring
out the
relationship between DNA's composition and the production of
proteins
created by genes. This relationship is what we call the
"genetic code." Later, it
became apparent that another nucleic acid called ribonucleic
acid, or RNA, also
functioned to carry out protein synthesis.
The ability to actually manipulate the genetic code to a
purposeful end was not
acquired until the 1970s. (And then it was quite limited,
consisting mostly of
splicing different sections of DNA together or "cutting and
pasting" interesting
sections of one chromosome into another.)
HIV, the virus that leads to AIDS, has been proven to have
been present in
humans since at least 1959. Proof of this was found by Dr.
Toufo Zhu of the
University of Washington, who analyzed 1,213 blood samples
taken in Africa
between 1959 and 1982. A positive match for virus was found
in the blood of
a Bantu man from the city of Leopoldville, in the Belgian
Congo, dating from
1959. Since the blood samples dated from 1959 and upward, it
is likely that
HIV was around even before that time. (News coverage of this
may be found
during the latter part of January and the early part of
February of 1998.)
In short, it was quite impossible for HIV/AIDS to have been
created by
anybody.

The fact that you have to point out that Dr. Cantwell is
Jewish and Gay (both totally irrelevant to the thesis you
posit), indicates that this is either a rant or a troll,
or a combo platter.
