I like collecting stamps. My goal is to try and collect one stamp, which
has never been used, from every country in the world. If you are in a
foreign land, please contact me and I'll let you know if you can help.
Thanks!!

I am not in a foreign country. I am in England. I will not therefore need
to send you a stamp. I hope this is all perfectly clear.

Sorry, I'm not in a foreign country - I'm at home.

Foreign from what? You expect people to say "I'm from a foreign country"?

Well, it's not foreign to me: I was born here.

Try not to be so us-centric. (At least I assume with an attitude like that
you must be from the US). This _is_ a worldwide net - and people don't
consider themselves foreigners in their own homes.

Well, it's not foreign to me: I was born here.

Bully for you! "Foreign" is always relative to something, and by
default, I think it means "foreign to the speaker." If someone from
Uruguay had made this post, the meaning would have been plenty clear,
even though, to me, Uruguay is a foreign country (i.e., I wouldn't
consider sending him/her any Uruguayan stamps).

Try not to be so us-centric. (At least I assume with an attitude like that
you must be from the US).

(!!!) OK, you had me going there for a minute! I was going to say,
"Try not to be so snotty and pedantic," but now I realize you're being
ironic.
