do not negoiate unless it is a trick... see prison uprising, see "agreement
on Kalahaur". Any agreement is to allow themselves to receive a deadly shot
in the head without any court proceedings once they give up... unless they
deliver bin laden, then they only get shot in each arm and leg, and in one
ear and one eye... their choice of each... to perm. cripple them. And agree
to have their tougne cut out to stop them from communicating terrorist
methods to teach others how-to murder thousands of innocents.
I say, no ceise-fire. I say use naplam if need be. I say a daisy cutter
per hour on the hour until they unconditionally surrender... which means
summery death anyway at surrender-- which achives their goals and in their
opinion is not a bad thing at all (based on their behavior in the prison
uprising) unless they deliver bin laden and his sidekick the former ruler of
Afgan [ and just be crippled to the point they can never hurt an innocent
person again ] or death by explosion-- which does not make one get 72
virgins, just a blown-off empty head. They chose this path by being
barbaric, and they are going to receive barbaric treatment because they want
it per their own statements. And since they treated innocen people in a
barbaric way as well.
Or let them live or die based on their own laws.. which state dealth for
what they have done.
Three Strikes and they are out. Let them choose which of the three they
want to deal with, then kill them since all three options leave them dead.
The only safe al Qaeda is a dead al Qaeda since every al Qaeda wants to die
and has dedicated their life to killing innocent peole in masss until they
are dead. the only deal we do with members of al Qaeda is let them choose
the method of their death. But not one will ever be able to walk out alive,
unless they turn in bin laden, then they are deaf, blind, and lame in both
legs and arms instead of dead.... per their Law

KABUL/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S.-backed tribal forces delayed a final
assault on trapped fighters loyal to Osama bin Laden in the mountains of
eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday waiting to see if they would surrender.
As talks progressed, U.S. planes resumed air strikes in a stark reminder
that the alternative was a fight to the death.
With the whereabouts of bin Laden and his main Taliban protector Mullah
Mohammad Omar unclear, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld expressed concern
that al Qaeda and Taliban leaders might flee into neighboring Pakistan.
"It's a very complicated area to try to seal and there's just no way you can
put a perfect cork in the bottle," he said.
As the final chapter of the Afghan conflict unfolded, the United States
indicted a French citizen of Moroccan descent for conspiring with bin Laden
in the deadly September 11 suicide attacks on New York and Washington.
Pakistan-based Afghan Islamic Press reported that surrender talks with the
trapped al Qaeda fighters in Afghanistan had begun on Wednesday near the
Tora Bora cave complexes.
The mostly foreign al Qaeda fighters were demanding they be handed over to
U.N. officials in the presence of diplomatic representatives of their
countries, the private news agency said, quoting its own sources in the
area.
Anti-Taliban commander Mohammad Amin later reported U.S. planes bombing al
Qaeda positions.
