I shoot mostly scenics mostly with a Super Graphic. and I think the
longest lens its bellows is going to accommodate is a 360 tele. If
someone is using a longer lens or non tele 360 I'd love to here it.
Assuming I am remembering its draw correctly though. Does anyone have
suggestions for good lenses of this variety, or ones to stay away from?

FWIW, I checked with a 15" Tele Optar (made by Wollensak). At
infinity this lens takes about 8.75". That's a telephoto factor of
about 0.59. The older Speed Graphics have just under 13" bellows draw.
Assuming a similar bellows capacity and tele factor it would put the
limit at around 20" if the lens were required to focus only to
infinity and not closer. The 15" lens will focus down to about 8 feet.
I don't know what the tele factor is for other tele lenses for LF
cameras, it will vary from one to another, but it must be in the ball
park.
These old Optars are quite respectible lenses and don't seem hard to
find used, at least in barrels. The cells from the barrel mount will
fit directly into an Alphax shutter of the right size with the correct
spacing. AFAIK the 15" was the longest lens Graflex sold for Graphics.
From what has been posted to this list it would seem the Schneider
Tele Arton is the best of the bunch currently available. The Schneider
site will give you the focal lengths in which new lenses are
available. http://www.schneideroptics.com

I recently purchased the Tele-Arton 360 f5.5
It's a beauty of a lens and certainly impresses the onlookers when its
hanging off my TechnikaV.
There is an older version in one of those antique-looking shutters and
the newer black-barreled one in a huge modern-style Compur.

Performance is first class for a tele though you can still spot the
colour fringing if you know where to look. Any non-APO tele will do
this.
There is also a 360 Tele-Xenar which is a simpler design but is still
just as big and heavy.
Extension at infinity is not even off the end of the bed of the
Technika at about 190mm. I can set stops near the end of the rails
and use the natural limit of the focus mechanism as the accurate
infinity setting.
One warning though, this lens is huge and heavy , and I certainly
wouldn't want to hang it on anything less stable than a Technika.
I think that a long Xenar or a Symmar with the front removed would
make a decent enough substitue for field work.
That said though, I'll be taking the Tele-Arton with me on my next
camp.
