Loading bmp file using LoadImage on Windows NT 4.0

The documentation of LoadImage method states that on Windows NT
LR_LOADFROMFILE is not supported. The sample code given in
knowledge base article Q158898 uses LaodImage with LR_LOADFROMFILE
option. Article Q158898 also states that

The information in this article applies to:

Microsoft Win32 Application Programming Interface (API)
for Windows NT and Win95, version 4.00

I tried the code on Windows NT 4.0 (SP 4), and it worked. So is
LR_LOADFROMFILE supported on Windows NT4.0 also, may be the support
was added in some service pack OR is the documentation of LoadImage
wrong. Please explain!!

It IS supported in NT 4.

The documentation on LoadImage is out of date, It is fully supported
on NT 4 onwards, Windows 95 Build 950 (Original release), NT 3.51
SP5, Windows 98 and Windows 2000 / NT 5 (Any build).

OK!
Now we can load a Image from Disk to Win NT and Win95.
But How can I print this Image to a printer DC?
