For all those living in Scotland or not up to date with England, shut
your eyes now :)

Firstly, this is my premiere night of doing to Wednesday updates. The
only way I am going to know if I am doing ok is if people tell me. I
might go into too much detail but if I do then please tell me :)

Also for those of you who missed tonights, the Biff and Tara seduction
scenes in full (well almost :)

In the street
Zoe's range rover has broken down. Kelly is stropping about the place,
complaining to Chris, who has pulled up in his car, that her Dad has
been lying to her all these years. She strops off.

Post Office
Biff comes in asking for last nights paper. Vic mentions the only
people wanting that are the ones looking for jobs. Biff says he's
jacked his in. Terry comes in wanting people to play rugby in a
7-a-side for the Woolpack. Biff agrees to play.

Cottage - Kim and Steveland
Kim leaves James with Steve to go and work at the Stud. Makes lots of
snide comments about having a job and him having the dinner ready when
she gets home.

Tea shop
Kathy and Betty discuss the changed opening hours that Eric has
proposed. Biff is in having tea, Marlon comes in with some fresh bread
sticks, points out what a cushy job Biff has, Biffs explains he's giving
it up. Pager goes off, he isn't going to answer it, then does and rings
in, manages to hit Marlon with a breadstick. (Nice Hovis music in the
background).

Surgery
Zoe's explaining to Paddy that her car has broken down, he suggests she
takes it to Lisa. Zoe remarks on how unreliable the Dingles are:
PADDY : Ah but the females are the more superior of the species
ZOE : You're biased
PADDY : So are you :)
Kelly strops in and her face drags along the floor.

Home Farm
Biff comes and gives Tara the uniform back. She questions whether he
has another job to go to, as that is the only reason he would walk
away. She claims she won't let him go and she's the one who does all
the hiring and firing.
QUOTE 'I want to be able to get hold of you when I need you' (possible
interlude to later :)

Woolpack
Roy finds a copy of the quiz questions on the floor and pockets them.
Heather buys one of Kim's dresses off Mandy. Zoe is having lunch with
Ashley (always wondered who the TV guides were referring to by Ashley,
its the bloody vicar, they build a new set, without a church and
suddenly he's in every episode!!).

Home Farm
Biff's pager goes off, he storms along past the stables to find Tara
leaning against the wall, mobile phone in hand, short skirt and high
boots on.
TARA : That's what I like to see, an instant response.
BIFF : Very funny (NOT)
T: Come on, I need your services. [Walks into stables]
B: Muckin' out isn't in my job description.[Can't see Tara]
T: How about this? [She reaches out and kisses him, Biff pulls away
after a moment]
Cuts to Kim and Chris arguing in the office about Kim being there, she
says that Tara doesn't mind, especially seeing as the files are all her,
Chris storms out. Back to Tara and Biff
B: (Angry) Alright, I made a fool of myself the other night, coming on
to you. But I got what I deserved.
T: Which was nothing
B: So end of story then.
T: Not necessarily
B: You don't even know me
T: I'm not proposing marriage, I just think we could have some fun.
B: Fun?
T: You always look as if you could do with some.
B: What do you mean? (smiles)
T: That's better. Shall we try again.
[Biff approaches her and kisses her again, they move back into a stable,
rapidly undressing one another, cut to adverts]
[Dressing again, Biff lying in the hay, Tara standing facing him]
T: The smiles gone again
B: (Smiles)
T: Thats an improvement
B: I can't believe I let this happen
T: I'm sorry it was such an effort for you
B: No it wasn't, that's the trouble.
[He opens his arms and Tara sits down and wraps herself in them]
B: (Smiling) If Dave could see me now.
T: Who the hell is Dave?
B: It was a long time ago [they kiss]
Kiss is interrupted by Chris shouting Tara's name. She straightens her
clothes and gets up, Biff moves to the side of the stable (now either
Chris is bloody slow getting from the office to the stables, Biff and
Tara only had a very very quick romp, or the stables have moved to Leeds
:) Chris complains about Kim being in the office, saying she is taking
over again. Tara tells him that he should keep try and keep his private
and professional lives seperate, whilst caressing Biff's face and him
kissing her fingers, out of sight. Chris shoots off in a huff.

Tea Rooms
Kathy agrees to Erics proposal of new opening hours at the Tea Rooms,
only gives him some conditions. Its only for a trial period. Eric must
make up any losses she suffers and he must come in and help in the early
mornings with the breakfasts. Also the fruit machine has to go.

Garage
Roy sells the quiz questions to Zak for Ł15 pounds, he claims Zak should
have them as he's cleverer than Roy, so there will be less suspicion
Paddy and Lisa discussing Zoe's car. Lisa remarks how a woman like Zoe
could ruin her car by putting cheap fuel in. Paddy admits it was him,
then has a go at Zak. Lisa realises which cheap diesel it was and also
has a go at Zak.
PADDY : How am I going to tell Zoe, I wrecked her car.
ZAK: From a distance?

Some offices, somewhere
Steve has James with him and has gone seeing an old friend in the
financial sector for a job. He has no appointment and when his friend
finds out who is waiting for him, he asks his secretary to tell Steve to
'write in'.

Woolpack
Kelly tells Vic she went to London to see her mum's grave. Vic asks to
talk about it, Kelly strops out. Biff pulls the car up outside
Woolpack, Tara gets out and Biff also gets ready to get out. Tara tells
him to stay in the car, he's still working, he should try not to mix
personal with professional. As she walks in, Roy walks out, starts
talking to Biff commenting on what a pain Lady Tara is, and how she
loves giving orders etc, and what a horrible job it must be working for
Lady Muck. Biff just comments that she's alright, and Roy should see
some of the things she gets up to.

Cottage
Kim is unhappy that Steve wasn't there to make dinner and isn't
surprised when he tells her his friend wouldn't give him a job. He
remarks that his wife should at least help with his confidence
boosting. She retorts with that fact that he should have thought about
that before ripping off half the village and Kim on his wedding day.

Windsor House
Kelly and Vic talking. Vic asks what Carol told Kelly in London. Vic
decides to tell Kelly his side of things. Before her mum died, things
were not good between the two of them. Her mum died by being knocked
over by a car. Vic was having an affair, he had met a woman who made
him happy. Kelly's Mum caught them together, went hysterical and ran
into the road and was hit by a car. Kelly realises that the other woman
was Viv.

END OF EPISODE

I thought the Biff and Tara bits were great, thats why I put the lines
down for them. Nice to see some romp back into the Dales. Even nicer
to see that the writer acknowledged that this is some what of a mirror
of the Dave/Kim storyline. Might we see Tara and Kim gossiping about
their romps in the stables??

Hope you enjoyed it.

Hi Bill,

Yes, we're fine (except for the _occasional_ hangover). Things seem
to have slipped out of control recently, hence the lack of
posts. Even missed some episodes, but lucky to catch the great
Biff-seduction scene..... Lucky sod! Why he wants to ruin it by getting
serious, god only knows....
