Eye on Emmerdale - 24/06/97 (Possible Spoilers)

Hi everyone,
I've decided to liven things up a bit so after each episode I'll write
some comments in, and in doing so summarize the episode.
It'll go on-line either the night after, or the next morning. In other
words, it will be online before the next episode.
Kim has asked Jan Glover to be Home Farm's housekeeper. It looked like
Jan would agree to the job.
- Well, Kim has the Glover family in her pocket. Biff, Jan, Roy....if
they cause trouble, say if they protested about a certain open prison,
they might be quiet about after a certain threat to their jobs...
Little Andy discovered that a battle had happened in Emmerdale during
the Civil War. Becky Cairns was helping him to learn more about it.
- Hmm, I wonder does this have anything to do with the ruins under the
house that the Cairns are convieniently over-looking?? If found out
they'll be reported and his picture in the paper, so her paying
Adlington was a waste.....
Did anyone think there was just a little too much flesh last night ? The
sight of Mandy, and Zac never turned my stomach !
Butch continues to marangue Sophie - she's told him to get lost, but he
thinks she's playing hard to get.
- Does anyone feel sorry for the fool ? Well, he does love her, but
he's so dim....
Kathy discovered that Eric had cooked the books. Dee lied to Kathy
saying that she did it, an must have made a mistake. Dee told Eric later
that she was no fool.
- Dee & Eric: the new Frank & Kim? But who would be the "Kim" and who
would be the "Frank" ?
Vic Windsor and his little band weren't at the Wine Bar when the talent
scout came, becuase Zac znd Lisa were in Terry's band that minute. Vic's
"one big chawwwwnce" was gone.
- WHO CARES ?
Well, that's all.
