TVGuide.com has the first listings up for the new ABC Fam lineup, and yes,
starting on the 2nd they will be airing PR and other Saban programming.
However, it's different than what was earlier confirmed, most notably on
Saturdays but with one important change on weekdays.

SATURDAYS:
7a X-MEN
7:30a X-MEN
8a SPIDER-MAN(incarnation unknown, probably the 94-98 series or Unlimited)
8:30a SPIDER-MAN(incarnation unknown)
Quite a change from the original plan: X-Men, Spidey, Fantastic Four, and Iron
Man. Guess they wanted to stick with the most familiar two.

SUNDAYS:
7a POWER RANGERS
7:30a POWER RANGERS
8a POWER RANGERS
8:30a POWER RANGERS
The two-hour classics block is still here, so you can breathe easily now.

WEEKDAYS:
7a DIGIMON
7:30a DIGIMON
8a POWER RANGERS TIME FORCE
8:30a POWER RANGERS
THIS is what intrigues me. TF is indeed on for the 8a slot, but TV Guide isn't
listing a double run of TF, instead using the catch-all "Power Rangers" tag for
the second half-hour. Colud this mean a PR classic daily run?! I sure as hell
HOPE so...

Keep in mind, this is prelim stuff from TVGuide.com. The "official, dear god I
swear it's true" schedule will lie with Zap2it, since they provide the listings
for ABC Fam. They're currently providing schedules up to the middle of the
28th, so I'd expect them to update in the next few days or so. Of course, if
anyone else has some info whether we should definitely expect a daily classic
run(hint hint) ;)

Maybe they'll do your classic run, but have reruns of PRWF for the Friday
timeslot. Or, there's always the "let's over-rerun it" approach, where
Mondays and Fridays could be PRWF repeats. (Monday to get the last episode,
and Friday, maybe, to hype you up for Saturday's next episode.)

Either way, it's good to know that PRTF won't be burnt through in 4 weeks.
Instead, it'll take 8. :)

Interesting. I was just getting ready to initiate a thread about when we might
start seeing some "new kids block" promos on ABCFam, since we're now inside
two weeks.

But, here's another morsel to chew on. ABCFam just launched its press site.
They have schedules up (but no individual ep titles) for the weeks of Feb.
18-24 and Feb. 25-March 3 -- with one exception.

In that second week, the schedule for March 1, 2 and 3 is completely blank,
with the exception of the overnight 'Paid Programming.' The only thing
divulged is that the second season of 'State of Grace' premieres on March 1.

I'll keep on eye on this.

Here's what just entered my head (the 'vacancy' light has been on for
quite some time there):

On Monday through Thursdays, have one slot be TF and the other be
PRPP. (That way, it'll take TEN weeks to run through PRTF)

Then, on Friday, a double airing of PRWF reruns. The first 2 or 3
weeks would be to get through the first eps, but it would eventually
get to being the last two eps leading into the new ep scheduled to air
on Saturday morning. That would give each ep two reruns after its
original airing.

Since you are able to look up ABC Family, can you tell me what are the
channel letters or #. When I say this, I don't mean the TV # but the actual
Broadcasting one.

ABC Family has an actual broadcast frequency? That's news to me.

There is no way to know what you mean by this question.

ABC Family has no channel letters. It's only on cable and satellite and is
known only as ABC Family.

It doesn't have an "actual broadcasting number" either, because it is not an
actual broadcast, over-the-air channel. If you have cable or a satellite
dish, you have to look in your cable/satellite system's lineup to find out
what number you need to turn to.

If you don't have cable or satellite (or live in the U.S.), you can't see ABC
Family.

I don't see any other way to answer your question.

Well, I called my cable provider about ABC Family, if they had it or not.
They said they could not answer my question without the actual number of the
station, or its location. That's the only reason why I'm asking. But if
anyone has the location of where it is, could you tell me?

But will they air the episodes normal-like, or will we have just
multi-parters changed into movies. And will we get the normal closings and
openings?

Well, they sure have enough episodes with just Mighty Morphin' alone.

WHAT? If this is true, you talked to the biggest moron on the face of the
planet. If a cable representative can't tell if a channel is in their lineup
by name alone, they're not worth your time.

>That's the only reason why I'm asking. But if
>anyone has the location of where it is, could you tell me?

Only if someone else lives where you do. Channel numbers are totally different
from one cable company to the next.

Let's skip the idiots. Post your zip code here (or e-mail to me at
burgund...@webtvXXX.net -- remove the XXX). I'LL tell you whether it's on
your cable and its channel numnber.
